DELIVERY STATUS
At the end of the preparation of the order, the customer will receive an informative email from our customer service confirming the order has been processed and entrusted to the courier. As soon as the shipment has been taken over by the latter, you will receive a notification via email with all the shipment details directly from the courier.
SHIPPING DATA
Style39 Srl will use as shipping data those indicated by the customer on the website https://makaily.com at the time of purchase in the cart summary. The only valid data for shipping purposes will be those reported in the copy of the order for which the customer is required to check all data reported in the copy of the order that he will receive via email. Style39 Srl cannot be held responsible for failure or delay in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or without useful information to identify the place of delivery.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
Orders will be processed within 48 working hours of payment confirmation. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the following time: 8.30 – 16.30. Orders received by 8.30am will be entrusted to the courier on the same day. Orders received after 8.30am will be included in the next day's shipment.* Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning. Finally, if carried out on a public holiday they will be processed starting from the following working day.
AUTHORIZED SHIPMENT DELIVERY
Upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to carefully inspect the envelope or package before placing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. If, for any reason, the package arrives tampered with or if the envelope sticker is not intact, the customer is asked to sign the receipt with reserve, or to refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is asked to immediately report the incident to the local courier office and contact us by sending an email to address info@beachfolly.it
SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
Shipping is free throughout Italy and throughout Europe with a minimum order of €60.00. Free shipping cannot be provided on smaller orders even in the case of sales purchases or any special offers. The shipping times indicated may vary by 24/48 hours. In any case, Style39 Srl is not responsible for any delays, damage or loss by the express courier, remaining always available to resolve any problems.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You can request the return of the goods within 14 days of receiving them. The shipping cost is borne by the customer and will be deducted directly from the refund. Only in the event that the product is found to be defective, the return cost is borne by the company, the defect must still be recognized by the company, therefore only after the product has been assessed by the quality office. You can open a return request directly from your account from your order list. PLEASE NOTE: any visible defects in the products must be ascertained on the same day of receipt of the shipment. Late reports of these categories of defects will not be taken into consideration as a reason for the return and therefore will not have the right to a free return.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The return, as already specified above, is the responsibility of the customer, who can still choose to use his own courier. If you choose to use our courier for the return shipment, the costs are the same as those of standard outbound shipping to your country.
Refunds
Refunds are made once the packages have returned to our warehouses and have been inspected. If the outcome of the quality control is ok, the refund will be made. However, if the products are damaged they will be returned to the customer and no refund will be made and the additional shipping cost will be charged at the standard shipping price.
What will be refunded:
- The cost of the products
- The value of standard shipping. If you chose express shipping at the time of purchase, the cost will not be fully refunded
What will be deducted from your refund:
- In case of return with our courier, the cost of returning the package will be at the standard shipping rate
- In case of cash on delivery purchase, in addition to the standard shipping cost, the cost of the refund transfer (€1.50) and the cost of the cash on delivery service
